Aubrey has been cracking me up lately.
She's becoming such a big girl and starting to try new things out. Some of them I have no clue what inspires her, just pure curiosity I guess. Here are 5 silly things that she's been up to lately.
1. She loves to do the "Hulk"! She clinches her teeth, scrunches her neck and shakes. (see picture 1 in her appropriately "Hulk" green polka dot swim suit). Mommy doesn't like the teeth clinching part of this, but it is pretty cute.
2. She likes to stop in the middle of nursing and bite her big toe (I mean frequently). What the heck is that about? Is she trying to figure out if she can get milk from her toe? LOL
3. She likes to pick my nose while I rock her. She can be closing her eyes about to drift of to dreamland and that little finger just has to reach up and go in my nostril. To make sure it's still there I guess :)
4. She loves her teething biscuits. (See picture 2) She stuffs the whole thing in her mouth (don't worry we're carefully monitoring). One day her cheeks were all puffed out because it got in there sideways. And she likes to drink water WHILE it's in her mouth.
5. She flaps her tongue, like a dog licking water. She started doing it every time Poppy would kiss her and now she does it because we laugh and do it back to her.

I always rubbed my own nose as a baby, and continue to do so to this day when I'm sleepy. It helps me relax. Beware: I think that is why my nostrils continue to increase in size! From all that rubbing! :)

Don't you just love those things your kids do that make them 100% uniquely them! Ella has that same green bathing suit and loves it because it has a skirt on it! (And a thing that makes her uniquely her is that she wants to wear skirts and dresses EVERYWHERE, ugh!)
So cute. Cant wait to see the "hulk" in a few months!
I love the Hulk move. I remember both my boys doing it. We would try to get them to do it over and over. A little monkey trick I guess. And I hate how much they love the teething biscuits, they make the hugest mess. But I always gave them more so I guess I was just asking for it! The toe sucking is funny but I can see how it would get annoying!

It looks like you are having the time of your life with your family...and how cute is Aubrey, and how big is she getting, she's like a little person with a little unique personality and everything! Can't wait to have one to be best friends with one of yours (a long distance friend :( )
