Family and Fun! We rented a vacation house for the weekend...me with the vision to have a mini family reunion with all the family in town for Lisa's wedding. The reunion part of it didn't work out quite as expected, but we still had a blast with Christy's crew and Alyssa. We didn't spend too much time on the beach, but we definitely got a lot of use out of the game room in the beach house. Nap time was a struggle (usually a walk or drive did the trick) but Aubrey was great for the most part....especially the important part, the wedding. Aubrey's highlight of the trip was the swings and the ice cream (I know I'm a bad mom for lettting her have it ;) ). My highlight was the wedding. Just catching up with family and enjoying the beautiful vineyard.
By the way...I don't think I'll ever stay in Pismo again...Cayucos is way less crowded...has way more beach and well it's just slower paced. :)

looks like you guys had a great time, hey is that marlis with a baby boy in one of those pics? wow she is all grown up. and your cousin looks so beautiful-the funny thing is i know everyone but i dont think i have ever met lisa.
Mish- That's Shelly (the middle sister), but she's holding Annelise's little boy Dallin. The two younger girls don't have any kids, but they are both married.
Glad we got to see you guys for awhile. We are hoping to come down with Kurt sometime this winter for a Disneyland place. I told Kurt Im staying with you, like how I invite myself? Great pics you took.
Aren't holidays and family get togethers great! Cayucos is nice. I had high school softball tournaments up there. Kevin and I might actually be in that area for a wedding next June. If all goes as plan. So if you know of any must see spots...let me know. He has never been to the west coast.
Sounds like you guys had fun. My mom wants to rent a beach house next summer. Would you recommend the one you stayed at?
