PSALM 100:4-5
Enter into His gates with thanksgiving,
And into His courts with praise.
Be thankful to Him, and bless His name.
For the Lord is good;
His mercy is everlasting,
And His truth endures to all generations.
We have so many blessings to be thankful for today and throughout the year. Yesterday, as Aubrey and I visited Justin's moderate/severe special education class, I was reminded at just how blessed we are to have a healthy little girl. He has kids in his class who range from being on a ventilator, confining them to a walker, to severely Autistic students who literally want to lay in the bookshelf all day with no shoes on. I'm sure their parents struggle daily to overcome the obstacles their disabilities bring. In return, I'm sure they are overwhelmingly blessed by their children.
Here are the top 10 blessings I'm thankful to God for providing.
1. A supportive, loving husband
2. A healthy, happy daughter
3. A comfortable, furnished home
4. Getting to stay home with Aubrey part-time, and having her Aunt watch her most other days.
5. Having a supportive family and supportive in-laws
6. Living 5 houses down from my sister
7. Loving, devoted friends
8. Belonging to a strong church body
9. Living in America...The soldiers who have, and continue, to fight for our freedom.
10. Nature- that there is still some out there to visit.
