Introducing....

our baby. At 12.5 weeks I think I'm finally letting myself really get used to the idea of having a new little one. Of course, I was hoping, wishing, praying this whole time, but I think I was a bit more reserved about letting the idea REALLY sink in. I hadn't bought any maternity clothes, hadn't really nicknamed the little one, you know. But just look at what a precious little miracle this baby is.
The whole baby. The arm is up by the head and the legs are up too.

Ignore the dates on the ultrasounds...they're based on my whacky cycle, not my actual due date.

We were hoping for some 3-D / 4-D action, but apparently I have a frontal placenta blocking a clear view of our little one. Oh well, they were still able to take all the measurements that were necessary and everything seems to be right on track. In honor of a healthy 12.5 week babe, we think it's time to name this little one. Justin thinks we should call it Baby D (Baby A- Aubrey, Baby B (ee), Baby C, and now Baby D), but I think it sounds kind of like a rapper. LOL. This morning before the ultrasound, Justin came in and told me the baby is the size of a Nutter Butter and I think that Nutter Butter is kind of cute, but really, we don't know what to call this little one...any votes/ suggestions?

well I have to vote against baby D....simply for the fact that it constantly would remind me that we're missing B & C. So maybe instead of nutter butter something like nugey (like nuget, the chewy yummy but what the heck is it made of filling in candy bars). hmmm...what to call it....

How about Baby Face... Then you could sing that song to it. Baby face... You've got the cutest little baby face.

Ahhhh! That is so fantastic to see a picture of my precious grandchild. I´m here in Agua Calientes, Peru with tears in my eyes. Can´t wait to hold another little one and hope the time flies.Give my Aubrey a kiss, Jacob and I talk about her alot.

I kinda like nutter butter... cuz you call Aubrey 'peanut butter'. I think it fits. Hmm... I don't know.
