Aubrey has been really excited about leaving goodies for Santa since the plate was completed. She even insisited on buying the "big carrots" for the reindeer and for some reason had to have 3 of them.
Grandma Kim helped her bake some cookies after our Christmas Eve festivities. She placed Santa's goodies .just.so.
As you can see, Santa and his Reindeer have already visited our house and they really enjoyed thier goodies.
**In other news, I had my first crampy contractions today. Nothing major, but more contraction-y than Braxton Hicks. Hoping that means there is some progress being made. :)

that is really the cutest plate Barbie! I'm impressed! Will have to make one next year! and love the carrot part for the reindeer!
oh and LOVE the yellow color of the plate! can't get over it!
Your plate is adorable! Thanks for the link.
FABULOUS!!! This makes me feel so unbelievably wonderful to see someone actually make something I post! Especially when it's so beautifully done. I linked over in the original post to your plate. Thanks so much.
Cute idea! And yeah for baby coming soon! I'm starting to get more excited too (although I still have a lot to do)!
Davi, the plate is actually tan, but I couldn't figure out how to adjust my white balance on my camera...hence the lovely yellow color. :) But yellow would have been a great color choice. :) And thanks everyone. :) I've got 4 colors of porceline markers now if you want to borrow any.
yes, it does look tan once I examined the other pictures...
regardless of color, it's still the cutest plate!
My step-kids have a similar plate that they've had since they were little. Even though they are now teenages, we still set it out EVERY year and they still fill it up for Santa! ;-)
I really like the last line of the letter that Santa left...MUST remember Baby Jesus!! :)
